About Sherri.

Artist, 500- Hour Hatha/Yin Yoga Instructor and K-12 Art teacher

Sherri Jones, combines color and creative painting techniques building vibrant invitations to experiment with thresholds of perception. Her love of the outdoors, creativity and spiritual practices are fundamental in her art and teaching as she strives to inspire ALL to create and BE original. Her "Significant Bloom" collection was recently featured at the LBJ Wildflower Center in Austin, Texas.

“My aim is to offer hope, healing and health through the non-conventional: Art, Beauty, Breath, Movement, Creativity, & Stillness.”

Sherri has led workshops and retreats for over a decade. She is an artist, K-12 Art Teacher, and RYT-500 Hatha & Yin Yoga instructor who has been featured in solo exhibits and juried shows. Her art is displayed in homes and public spaces throughout Texas, and she has sold thousands of cards and prints.

Throughout her journey, Sherri began to see art as a tool for transformation. No one talked about darkness, but instead seemed to avoid the pain their families were experiencing. She found Divine in Nature— Creation; Stillness, ceasing to strive; Connecting through Contemplative practices; in Art and Creativity. She believes the Divine is so much bigger than the boxes we build for Him and ourselves.

Sherri is passionate about helping others find the same and discover Real Goodness through art, breath-work, yoga, and everyday experiences.
